What if the friction you feel in your career isn’t about you, your qualifications, or how hard you work?

You’ve got the credentials, the experience, and the professionalism. Something else is in the way.

This is where you find out what.

That thing you feel like you’re missing?
It’s not as obvious as you’d think.

You’re meeting your targets.

You’re definitely qualified.

You show up professionally.

So why isn’t it working?
Because none of that was ever the problem.

This is what actually moves the needle.

1

You. Strategic thinker, not just doer.

You stop taking on work that’s beneath your level – and start leading from your vision and judgment instead. You measure your value by the clarity and direction you bring, not by how much you can carry.

The exhaustion lifts. Because operating at the right level doesn’t cost what overperforming did.

2

You. Impossible to overlook.

You read the room and navigate the politics – without losing yourself in the process. You make sure the right people know what you bring to the table – without hesitation or second guessing.

You know that, to the right people, your confidence isn’t a liability. It’s what they’re looking for.

3

You. Leading as yourself.

You walk in knowing you belong – and the people feel it. You trust your own read on things, even when someone more senior pushes back or the politics get complicated.

You stop adapting yourself to fit the container and start leading in a way that’s unmistakably, unapologetically you.

This is about figuring out what kind of leader you are when you’re free to stop performing someone else’s version of it.

This is what actually moves the needle.

It works. Here’s the proof.

The clarity I needed.

When I started working with Heather I was trying to figure out how to be seen as a leader. What I walked away with was the clarity to make the biggest career decision of my life – leave corporate and start my own gig – and the confidence to make it. She is at the top of the list of things that have altered the course of my life.

The ace in my back pocket.

Heather helped me untangle years of people-pleasing and perfectionism. For the first time, I felt safe saying what I actually meant without apologizing for it. Her coaching helped me stop over-functioning and second guessing, and start showing up without guilt.

Here’s what working together looks like:

The Shift

You already know how to perform under pressure. You’ve been doing it for years. Coaching is about doing a different kind of work entirely.

It requires getting underneath what’s actually been in the way – the blind spots and patterns that have been capping your growth. Things like second-guessing yourself, avoiding networking and self-advocacy, believing your performance will speak for itself.

Coaching helps you identify those patterns and build the beliefs and strategies that will actually move you forward. You’ll leave each session clearer on what’s going on – and what to do about it.

The Structure

We start before we even meet. A ten-question intake form gives you the chance to share where you are, what’s in the way, and what you want – so we hit the ground running in our first session instead of spending it getting up to speed.

From there, two calls a month for six months. More when the work calls for it. You bring what’s live – the politics, the decisions, the moments where you second-guessed yourself. I bring my lens. Together we build real traction.

The Fit

You’re good at what you do. You’ve proven that many times over. But you’ve been doing the internal work alone –without a real container for it – and you can feel that something needs to shift.

You want to be met at the level you’re actually at. With directness, depth, and no generic advice that ignores the complexity of where you are. If that’s what’s been missing, this is where it changes.

“You said something I’ve always felt but never had words for.”

– Jenn, Business Owner

I’m not going to hand you a framework, tell you to project more ‘executive presence’, or suggest you find a mentor. You’ve probably already tried some version of all of that.

What I do instead is listen for what’s not being said. Track the pattern under the pattern. Name what’s actually going on – clearly, without judgment.

I understand the environment you’re operating in. The politics. The dynamics. The exhaustion of being the person everyone relies on to figure it out. And I’m not going to tell you to just set better boundaries and call it a day.

We set the agenda together based on what matters most to you right now. Sometimes that means decoding a political situation you can’t see clearly from inside it. Sometimes it means challenging the belief that you have to keep earning your place. Sometimes it means finally making the move you’ve been circling for two years.

Whatever it is, you won’t do it alone.

Real Women. Real growth.

She helped me cut through my own BS.

When I first met Heather I was exhausted from impossible perfectionism and people pleasing. She helped me face my “not good enough,” mindset and how it affected my leadership. I learned to show up for myself, and become the type of leader I am proud to be – one who can set and hold boundaries and isn’t afraid to make mistakes

Some questions worth asking before you say yes.

Leadership programs give you frameworks and concepts. Coaching gives you traction on what’s actually happening in your specific situation right now. There’s no curriculum here – no module on executive presence, no worksheet on setting boundaries. Instead, we work with what’s live: the meeting that didn’t go the way it should have, the decision you keep circling, the dynamic you can’t quite decode. The insight you get is yours, built from your real experience, which means it sticks in a way that a framework rarely does.

Maybe. But the women who have what you’re looking for didn’t get there by accumulating more years on the job. They sought out opportunities to do their own internal work and that’s what shifted things for them. Experience gives you more data. It doesn’t automatically give you access to the blind spots and patterns that have been getting in the way. That requires a different kind of attention than more time in the chair.

A mentor is invaluable. They can open doors, share their path, and give you advice from their own experience. But a mentor can only see what they can see – which is usually your performance, your potential, and your next move. What a coach does is different. I’m not giving you advice from my path. I’m going underneath yours – to the patterns, the blind spots, the internal barriers that have been quietly hijacking you without your knowing it. A mentor and a coach aren’t the same thing. And for where you are right now, you probably need both

Two or three calls a month – your choice. Each one an hour. The return on that time is getting out of your own head faster, making decisions with more clarity, and stopping the energy leak that comes from carrying this alone. Most women find they get time back – not because their schedule changes, but because they stop spinning.

Many employers cover professional coaching as part of their learning and development budget. It’s worth asking before you assume it comes out of your own pocket.

You’ve been doing this alone long enough.

The women who have what you want didn’t get there by accumulating more experience, waiting for the right mentor, or completing the next leadership program the company offered. They did something different. They went underneath it.

Because here’s what nobody tells you: the thing that’s been in the way isn’t your qualifications, your track record, or how hard you work. It’s what’s running underneath all of that. The patterns. The blind spots. The internal barriers that have been costing you – in rooms you should be leading, decisions you should be making, and space you should be taking up.

No framework fixes that.
No mentor can see it from where they’re standing.
And no amount of experience makes it go away on its own.

You need a different kind of support than you’ve been giving yourself.

You already know this. That’s why you’re still reading.

The only question is whether you’re ready to stop waiting for something external to finally move the difference – and do the one thing that actually will.
